To help develop our work with GP practices in East Surrey, we are seeking an experienced, innovative and curious individual with a track record of working collaboratively with citizens and services to bring about change. We need somebody who brings experience of coaching and mentoring others as well as a good understanding of whole systems approaches to transformational change.

We’re looking for somebody with a successful track-record of working with citizens as well as experience of developing good relationships with the people who design and deliver services. We’re keen to find somebody who'll becomes an active member of our small, geographically spread team and are willing to consider secondments and flexible working for the right candidate (full or part time considered, minimum 30 hours per week). The post is fixed term for 18 months in the first instance and will be agile across the East Surrey CCG area.
